All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change. Purchases can be made at or in-person at the Triton Bookstore located on the University of Guam campus. Web Exclusives are only available online at 


Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped to the all 50 states, U.S. Territories (including American Samoa, CNMI, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands), Freely Associated States, and APO/FPO addresses.  

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail. Orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Please allow 5 to 15 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.  

In-Store Pick Up

Your order will be ready for pick-up at the Triton Bookstore 48 hours from the day you place your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. For status updates, email or call (671) 735-2931. 


Returns / Exchange Policy


We hope you are as in love with your items as we are. However, if you’re not fully happy, please let us know within five business days of receiving the items (time begins on the day after your order is received). 

Within 10 business days, the customer must ship the items back to the Triton Store. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. After 10 business days, the order becomes final.

NOTE: All products being returned or exchanged must be in un-worn condition, must have original tags attached, and must have the original receipt or web order form. 

To process a return or exchange, contact the Triton Store by email at and include the following information.

Reason for Return or Exchange

Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or style at no extra charge. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges in the event of a request for an exchange. 

Refunds and Cancelled Orders 

Orders canceled within 24 hours will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after 24 hours will only receive store credit. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the Triton Store will issue a store credit within five business days after the returned items have been received. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

The Triton Store may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders may be canceled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors, or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. 

In-Store Pickup Returns / Exchange

For in-store pickup orders, refunds will be issued up to five business days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt. Exchanges will be valid up to 10 business days. Store credit will be issued up to 10 business days. After 10 business days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NOTE: All products being returned or exchanged must be in new, unworn condition, must have original tags attached, and must have the original receipt or web order form. 


Gift Certificates and Promotional Codes 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificate may be purchased in-person directly from the Triton Bookstore located in the Student Success Center. Triton Online Store Gift Certificates are coming soon!

Triton Online Store Gift Certificates are only redeemable for merchandise at or at the Triton Bookstore on the University of Guam campus. Triton Store Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by law, may not be sold or transferred, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Reproduction, Internet distribution or resale is strictly prohibited. Purchase or use of this Triton Store Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This certificate is in U.S. dollars.

Promotional Codes
  • Promo Codes can only be redeemed online.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Only one (1) promo code may be redeemed per user account/per household/ per promotion.
  • Promo codes are redeemable on select merchandise only. 
  • Promo codes may require a minimum dollar value purchase.
  • Promo codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials or other promo codes.
  • Promo codes are strictly free promotional voucher codes with no monetary value. 
  • Expiration dates are always displayed month/day/year.
